Our free "White Glove Delivery" means our staff will deliver your Inkas safe (and optional cabinet ordered with your safe, if applicable) inside to your home or business and install it with up to one bolt on the ground floor of your location, within 100 miles of our St. Louis store. Additional charges apply to steps, stairs, extra bolts installed, etc. (You are responsible for moving or removing furniture or other obstacles along the path the safe will travel in advance, including the location where the safe will be placed.) Call us if questions. We will discuss the installation location with you before we arrive to ensure you choose a sturdy floor location in your home or business. (Any elevators used during the delivery must be in good working condition and must be rated for at least the weight of the safe plus 1,000 pounds.)

OTHER SHIPPING


If you buy a non-Inkas safe, cabinet or accessory, we will ship it to you free anywhere within the continental United States, without inside "white glove" delivery. (All non-Inkas safes are in the Cub Specials category.) The size and weight of your safe purchase will determine the shipping method.  All safes weighing 90 pounds or less will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.  All safes weighing more than 90 pounds will be shipped via truck to your destination of choice inside the continental United States.  Lift gate service is available for safes weighing less than 1200 pounds at no additional charge. Safes weighing over 1200 pounds will need to be shipped to a loading dock.

Inside Delivery or Inside Delivery with Bolt Down is available at an additional charge on non-Inkas safes.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be signed for at the time of delivery; therefore the customer must be present. The trucking company will not leave a safe if no one is available to sign for the shipment at the delivery address. The trucking company will also charge a re-delivery fee of $30.00 or more depending on weight, which will be payable by the customer.

IMPORTANT: ALL SAFES MUST BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damages must be noted prior to signing the freight bill; otherwise, you will be unable to return the safe. If the safe is damaged, the customer MUST REFUSE DELIVERY. If you keep a damaged safe, your only recourse is to contact the freight carrier for compensation. (See Return Policy below.)

DELIVERY TIME


The delivery time is between three and 15 business days.  Orders requiring special handling or custom modifications will require additional time, depending on the amount of additional work required.

RETURN POLICY:


RETURN POLICY FOR SAFES
Safes may not be returned without our prior approval, when we will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number for you.

When returned, safes and their cartons must be in perfect unused, resalable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval and a reasonable handling charge.  Non-stock, special goods or items fabricated, modified, or cut to size per order are not returnable.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer will pay all freight/shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee, on returns if they change their minds and want to return a new safe for that reason. If your new safe is broken or defective (which likely will not occur if we deliver it to you) we will take it back free.
If you live outside our 100-mile St. Louis delivery radius and have your safe delivered by a carrier, you must inspect your safe before signing to receive it. (See above.) You would be responsible for all return freight charges if the safe was damaged by the carrier and you accepted it. (See above.) However, you will be credited for all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if the wrong item was shipped.

We will do our best to process the return quickly.  Please allow 14-to-21 days for processing.  Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number, or by a store credit.

Time Limitations on Returns
No returns will be accepted on safes after 10 days of your receipt of the safe.
